How Does Therapy Work?

Therapy services include individual psychotherapy in which you meet one-on-one with a therapist to address issues you are struggling with in your life. During the course of therapy, you and your therapist will discuss what goals you’d like to achieve. These goals are related to the issues that bring you to therapy in the first place.

Are You The Right Fit For Me?

Many of the issues that bring people into therapy stem from emotional difficulties related to your mood, like depression and anxiety. Often times emotions can feel so overwhelming, that individuals feel shut down, or they feel on edge, fearing an emotional flood at any moment. Our therapists are also versed in helping children, adolescents, and adults with more behavioral related issues like impulsivity and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). If you are struggling with a reaction to trauma, whether in your distant past or a more recent occurrence, we have special training to help you move through it. If you are ready to connect with us, fill out this form and we will be in touch soon.

Can you help my child or adolescent?
