The most effective way to reach us if you are interested in meeting with one of our therapists is by completing the “Schedule An Appointment” form. After you fill it out, you will be directed to a calendly page where you will select a 10-minute meeting spot to talk to one of our client coordinators about the individuals in our practice, and how we can best meet your needs. Our main office is located on the second floor of 34 York St. in Guilford. York Street is a small side street just off Rt 1. We are upstairs from the Allstate offices.
